Invest Before December 31, 2025 to Receive the Full Dividend

Two of the featured properties—Woody Creek and Blanton—still have shares available to purchase.

Because Realbricks does not prorate dividends, any investor who purchases shares in these properties before December 31, 2025 will receive the full 1.75% estimated Q4 dividend payout, regardless of purchase date within the quarter.

This allows new investors to take part in this quarter’s return and enables existing investors to increase their position while still receiving the full payout.

Q4 2025 FAQs

+

The properties eligible to receive Q4 2025 dividend distributions are Blanton, Woody Creek, Stag, and Dalmore.

Why aren’t Garrison, Weller or Michter eligible for Q4 dividends?

+

These homes are new builds that are still in the final stages of completion. Because they have not yet begun generating rental income, they will not be paying dividends in Q4. Garrison is scheduled to begin paying dividends in Q1 of 2026.

What will the dividend payout be for Q4 2025?

+

The estimated dividend payment for Q4 2025 is 1.75%. This estimate reflects the projected quarterly return for eligible properties.

Are Realbricks dividends prorated for Q4 2025?

+

No. Realbricks dividend payments are not prorated for Q4 2025. This means users who invest(ed) in any eligible property will receive the full Q4 dividend distribution.

Why is Realbricks paying more than the estimated dividend return listed on the eligible property pages for Q4 2025?

+

The estimated dividend yield shown on each property page (6% or 6.5%) is a target based on projected financials. For Q4 2025, the actual performance of all eligible properties exceeded those projections, resulting in a higher dividend payout. Realbricks aims to over-deliver whenever possible; however, stronger returns in any given quarter do not guarantee results in future periods.
