For Q2 2025, we delivered a 2% dividend payout, matching our Q1 results and exceeding our estimated 6% annual dividend yield target on a quarterly basis. This payout once again highlights the strength and stability of our Omaha, Nebraska property portfolio and our dedication to disciplined, income-generating real estate investments.
This quarter’s 2% payout was calculated based on rental income generated by our highly vetted long-term rental properties. As with all Realbricks investments, these dividends are paid quarterly and are a direct reflection of the cash flow from the properties in which our investors hold shares.
