If you are an investor on Realbricks, you may know someone who is interested in real estate investing. Through the Realbricks Referral Program, eligible investors can invite friends to explore fractional real estate investing on the platform.
When someone signs up with your referral link and makes their first qualifying investment of $100 or more, both you and the referred investor are eligible to receive 5 bonus shares in the same offering in which they invested. Bonus shares are awarded after the referred investor’s transaction has cleared. Based on the current share price of $10 per share, five bonus shares have a value of $50 at the time they are awarded.
It’s a win-win! The individuals that you refer are able to access fractional real estate investment opportunities through the Realbricks platform and you both receive bonus shares after their initial investment.

Each offering involves the purchase of ownership interests in an entity that owns the applicable property. Offering terms, risks, fees, and eligibility requirements vary.
Navigate to the referral page on your Realbricks account and read the terms and conditions for the Realbricks Referral Program, including eligibility requirements, reward limitations, marketing standards, and disclosure obligations.
Accept the Referral Agreement to participate in the program and begin referring your network to the Realbricks platform.
After completing the enrollment requirements, you will generate and edit a unique referral link. Your unique referral link can also be used as a referral code during account signup and when making a qualifying investment. Once your referral link is created, it cannot be changed.

Each additional time you refer a new investor to the Realbricks platform and they meet the conditions of the referral program, you may be eligible to receive 5 bonus shares. Bonus shares are awarded after the qualifying investment transaction has cleared.
With the Realbricks Referral Program, there is no limit to the number of eligible participants you may refer. Eligible referral rewards are capped at a total value of $10,000 in bonus shares per participant, subject to the program's terms and conditions.
