The home offers 1,498 square feet of single-level living with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Louisville anchors a deep employment base across logistics (UPS Worldport supports roughly 20,000 jobs at the world's largest automated package handling facility), automotive manufacturing (Ford's $1.9 billion investment at the Louisville Assembly Plant secures 2,200 jobs to build the next generation of EVs), and healthcare (Humana is headquartered in Louisville, and UofL Health, Norton Healthcare, and Baptist Health anchor the regional cluster). Cost of living in Louisville sits 4-9% below the national average, with housing expenses 26% lower than the national average and the utility prices 13% lower than the national average.

Rossville, Memphis, Indiana

Rossville is a new construction single-family home in Memphis, Indiana, our first property in the state. The home sits on a 0.45-acre cul-de-sac homesite and offers 1,498 square feet of single-level living with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Clark County grew 2.1% in 2025, the largest annual population gain on record, and Indiana's state unemployment rate is 3.3%, a full percentage point below the national rate. Indiana also caps property tax on residential rental property at 2% of assessed value under the state constitution, a structural protection few states offer.

How investments work on Realbricks

Each property is a separate offering. When you invest, Realbricks raises the full purchase price from investors on the platform, so the property is owned with no mortgage on the home, which limits exposure to interest rates. Once the home is leased to a tenant, eligible investors are positioned to receive their share of any dividends the property pays from rental income.
