Q2 2026 Distributions: A Property-by-Property Breakdown

Q2 2026 distributions have been processed for eligible Realbricks offerings. Each property associated with a Realbricks offering operates independently. Any distributions, if declared, are determined on a property-by-property basis and reflect each property's operating results during the quarter. Here is an overview of the operating performance of each offering on Realbricks during Q2 (April–June 2026).

How Realbricks distributions work

When you invest in a real estate offering on Realbricks, you acquire ownership interests in a company that owns real estate rather than purchasing the entire property individually. If a property is rented and generates net operating income from the lease, investors may receive distributions based on the terms of each applicable offering. Distributions, if declared, are allocated on a quarterly basis in proportion to the number of ownership interests, or shares, an investor owns. Distributions are not guaranteed and depend on factors such as whether the property is leased, rental income collected, operating expenses, reserves, and other property-level expenses. A closer look at each offering

The distribution for the quarter reflects the property's operating results, including rental income collected and operating expenses incurred during the period.

Dalmore. The property remained occupied throughout the quarter and collected rent during all three months of Q2.

Woody Creek. The property remained occupied throughout the quarter and collected rent during all three months of Q2.

Blanton. The property was occupied and collecting rent for two of the three months of Q2. The tenant has since vacated the property, and Blanton is currently being marketed for lease. Vacancy periods may affect rental income and net operating income until a new lease is in place.

Garrison. Garrison did not make a distribution for Q2 2026. The property was marketed for lease during the quarter and placed its first tenant in June. Looking forward to Q3, rent collection may begin in accordance with the terms of the lease, and future distributions, if any, will depend on the property's operating results.

What to watch heading into Q3

Future distributions, if any, will depend on each property's operating performance, including occupancy, rent collection, and operating expenses. For Blanton, the timing of securing a new tenant may affect future rental income. For Garrison, Q3 is expected to be the first quarter in which the property has a tenant in place during the reporting period, although future operating results remain uncertain. .
