Cookies have numerous purposes, such as allowing you to better navigate between webpages, remembering your website preferences, and generally improving the user experience. Cookies can also ensure that the advertisements you see online are more specific to you and your interests. Finally, cookies help Realbricks analyze website usage and online content (analytics cookies) and they can also facilitate/track the interaction on our websites and online content with social media (e.g., links to social media sites, like buttons, etc.) and other online destinations.

Does RealBricks use cookies for marketing and analytics?

Realbricks can also correlate cookie information (including information from cookies placed via our advertisements on third party sites) with an identifiable individual. For example:

  • If we send you a targeted email which includes web beacons, cookies or similar technologies we will know whether you open, read, or delete the message.
  • When you click a link in a marketing e-mail you receive from RealBricks, we will also use a cookie to log what pages you view and what content you download from our websites, even if you are not registered at or signed into our site.
  • Combining and analyzing personal data – As described above, we may combine data from publicly available sources, and from our different e-mail, website, and personal interactions with you (this includes information collected across our different websites such as our careers and corporate sites and information collected when you sign-up or log on to our sites or connect to our sites using your social media credentials (such as LinkedIn). We combine this data to better assess your experience with RealBricks and to perform the other activities described throughout our privacy policy.

Do you use any cookies from third party companies?

Some cookies, web beacons and other tracking and storage technologies that we use are from third party companies (third party cookies), such as Facebook, Google Analytics, Microsoft, Dwolla, NorthCapital, and Plaid to provide us with web analytics and intelligence about our sites which may also be used to provide measurement services and target ads. These companies use programming code to collect information about your interaction with our sites, such as the pages you visit, the links you click on and how long you are on our sites. This code is only active while you are on an RealBricks website. For more information on how these companies collect and use information on our behalf, please refer to their privacy policies: Facebook at Facebook Data Policy Google (including YouTube) at Google Privacy & Terms, Microsoft at Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Does RealBricks use any tracking technologies similar to cookies?

We may also use web beacons (including conversion pixels) or other technologies for similar purposes as above and we may include these on our sites, in marketing e-mail messages or our newsletter, affiliated websites, to determine whether messages have been opened and links clicked on. Web beacons do not place information on your device, but they may work in conjunction with cookies to monitor website activity. The information provided below about cookies also applies to web beacons and similar technologies. Conversion pixels are small codes located on a particular web page which are triggered when someone visits a page resulting in an increase in the conversion count.

What types of cookies does the site use?

The cookies used on RealBricks sites have been categorized as per the table below. However, it is important to note that not all cookies may be used in all jurisdictions or websites. A list of the categories of cookies used on this website is set out below

Category Description
Strictly Necessary cookies These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the site and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site. Without these cookies, services you have asked for cannot be provided.
First party analytics cookies These cookies allow us to employ data analytics so we can measure and improve the performance of our site and provide more relevant content to you. These cookies don't collect information that identifies a visitor down to an individual level that is available to us. These cookies are not passing personally identifiable information to any external third party other than in limited cases when we engage a service provider to act on our behalf but who is then unable to use the data for their own purposes. This includes Google Analytics.
Performance cookies Performance cookies are generally third-party cookies from vendors we work with or who work on our behalf that collect information about your visit and use of the RealBricks website, for instance which pages you visit the most often, and if you get error messages from web pages. These cookies don't collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is anonymous and is only used to improve how the website works. Third party vendors may have access to this data and may use it to improve their overall services and offerings.
Functionality cookies These cookies allow a site to remember choices you make (such as your username, language or the region you are in) and provide more enhanced, personal features. These cookies cannot track your browsing activity on other websites. They don’t gather any information about you that could be used for advertising or remembering where you’ve been on the Internet outside our site.
Advertising and social media cookies Advertising and social media cookies (including web beacons and other tracking and storage technologies) are used to (1) deliver advertisements more relevant to you and your interests; (2) limit the number of times you see an advertisement; (3) help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign; (4) retargeting to RealBricks websites/information and (5) understand people’s behavior after they view an advertisement. They are usually placed on behalf of advertising networks with the site operator’s permission. They remember that you have visited a site and quite often they will be linked to site functionality provided by the other organization. This may impact the content and messages you see on other websites you visit.

If you have any questions now or during your visit, please contact us immediately at support@realbricks.com.

You can adjust your cookie settings at any time from the cookie consent manager.

How Do We Use Tracking Technologies?

A “cookie” is a small file placed on your hard drive by a web page. We, or third parties we do business with, may use cookies to help us analyze our web page flow; customize our services, content and advertising; measure promotional effectiveness; and promote trust and safety. Cookies and pixel tags are commonly used at most major transactional websites in much the same way we use them in our Services.

Even if you are only browsing the Services, certain information (including computer and connection information, browser type and version, operating system and platform details, and the time of accessing the Services) is automatically collected. This information will be collected every time you access the Services and will be used for the purposes outlined in this Policy.

You can prevent or limit the usage of cookies collected from your device. An easy way of doing this is to change the settings in your browser. If you do so: (a) your use of the Services may be adversely affected (and possibly entirely prevented); (b) your experience of our website and other websites that use cookies to enhance or personalize your experience may be adversely affected; and (c) you may not be presented with advertising that reflects the way that you use our website and other websites. You find out how to make these changes to your browser at this site: https://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/. Unless you have adjusted your browser settings to refuse cookies, our system will send cookies as soon as you access our Services. By using the Services, you consent to this use.

Web beacons, also known as pixel tags, may be used to track the traffic patterns of users from one page to another in order to maximize web traffic flow. Our third-party advertising service providers may also use web beacons to recognize you when you visit the Site or access the Services and to help determine how you found the Services. If you would like more information about this and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, please visit: the Digital Advertising Alliance's website, https://www.aboutads.info/, or the Network Advertising Initiative's website, https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1

How Do We Secure Your Personal Information?

Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser, including by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information but cannot guarantee the security of your information. We provide physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we (a) encrypt any information we store, (b) transmit information via https and (c) limit access to this information to (i) authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop and/or improve the Services and (ii) third parties that must receive that information in order to facilitate provision of the Services. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure and/or other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. If you believe your information may not be secure for any reason, please contact us immediately at support@realbricks.com.

Your Choices Regarding Information

You have several choices regarding the use of Personal Information on the Services.

For your protection, we may only share and update the Personal Information associated with the specific email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before doing so. We will try to comply with such requests in a reasonably timely manner. If you completely and permanently delete all of your Personal Information, then your user account will be deactivated. If you wish to cancel your account, you may do so by emailing support@realbricks.com, and any Personal Information associated with your account will be deleted as soon as is reasonably practical or as required by applicable law, subject to our data retention policy.

Data Retention

We reserve the right to rectify, replenish, or remove incomplete or inaccurate information at any time and at our own discretion as detailed above. Please note that unless you instruct us otherwise, Realbricks shall retain the personal information we collect for as long as needed to provide our Service, as well as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Users may be able to opt out of interest-based advertisements through the most recent applicable settings features of their mobile devices. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Any other mentions in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You should speak with your financial advisor, accountant and/or attorney when evaluating any offering. Neither Terra Mint, Neptune, nor Dalmore makes any recommendations or provides advice about investments, and no communication, through this website or in any other medium, should be construed as a recommendation for any security offered on or off this investment platform. The Site may make forward-looking statements. You should not rely on these statements but should carefully evaluate the offering materials in assessing any investment opportunity, including the complete set of risk factors that are provided as part of the offering circular for your consideration.

Neptune is conducting public offerings pursuant to Regulation A, as amended, through the Site. The most current offering circular for Neptune is available here. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Investments such as those on the Realbricks platform are speculative and involve substantial risks to consider before investing. These risks are outlined in the respective offering materials and including, but not limited to, illiquidity and a complete loss of capital. Key risks include, but are not limited to, limited operating history, reliance on key personnel, inherent risks in investing in real estate, distributions may not be received on predictable schedule and or at all by Investors, and lack of voting rights. Also, the adverse economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic remain unknown and could materially impact this investment. An investment in an offering constitutes only an investment in a particular series and not in the underlying asset(s). Investors should carefully review the risks located in the respective offering materials for a more comprehensive discussion of risk.

From time to time, Neptune may undertake "testing the waters" for additional series of securities to be offered pursuant to Regulation A. For offerings that have not yet been qualified, no money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, will not be accepted.

NO MONEY OR OTHER CONSIDERATION IS BEING SOLICITED, AND IF SENT IN RESPONSE, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Potential investors should not rely on any forward-looking statements regarding any investment opportunity, which is based on our beliefs and information currently available to us. The words “anticipate,” “believe,” “expect,” “aim,” “potential,” “design,” “target,” “intend,” “may,” “might,” “plan,” “estimate,” “project,” “projection,” “should,” “will,” “would,” “result” and similar expressions identify forward-looking statements. Such statements are subject to risks, uncertainties, and assumptions and are not guarantees of future performance, which may be affected by known and unknown risks, trends, uncertainties, and factors that are beyond our control. These risks could result in the loss of your investment. See the offering materials for detailed information.

Neptune does not have a public trading market for its Series Interests. While it intends to seek a quotation on PPEX, an alternative trading system (ATS) operated by North Capital Investment Technology, Inc. (“PPEX”) with a view to providing our holders of Series Interests with potential liquidity in the form of a secondary market for their investment in our Series Interests. However, there can be no guarantee that a secondary market may develop, or if it does, as to the volume or pricing with respect to any secondary trading that might develop. The PPEX does not employ market makers to provide liquidity, unlike national securities exchanges. Until Neptune’s Series Interests are listed, if ever, you may not sell the company’s Series Interests. Therefore, it may be difficult for you to sell Neptune’s Series Interests at the time you wish to do so, if you are able to sell them at all. If you are able to sell your Series Interests, you may have to sell them at a substantial discount to their public offering price. Because of the illiquid nature of our Series Interests, you should purchase Neptune’s Series Interests only as a long-term investment and be prepared to hold them for an indefinite period of time.
